There may be some flexibility in this dependent on how much cash upfront IES requires from me. If YOU need to cancel the trip anytime after March 31, and before June 1, I will refund the workshop fee ($450). If you cancel after June 1st, I will refund the workshop fee if I can find someone to take your place. When I book my flights, I always take out trip insurance and recommend the same for the workshop members. This is as formal as I will get. You may consider this and any following e-mail correspondence to be my contract and cancellation policy. I have been leading fine art workshop since 1996 and they keep getting more and more casual and adaptive to the surrounds and more and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

I lived in the inner city in Vienna during my junior year in college attending classes with IES in conjunction with the University of Vienna. The son of family I stayed with, Friedl Koszik, lived in our home the following year. I visited with them in June in 2002 and we are looking forward to spending some time together prior to the workshop.
